{Pherson – Part 2} – Asheville Newborn Photography

Part 2 of the petite little Pherson. My prediction for this little one is that she is going to be very active & extremely smart. The only other baby I have seen that fights sleep so much is my little Sage & seven years later, she is still fighting sleep & extremely active! Although, I did stop by for a little visit with Pherson and she slept like a pro, maybe she just doesn’t like to sleep in the studio… : ) Pherson’s daddy, Jonathan, is a guitar lover & has a special guitar that is a McPherson – this is where Pherson gets her name from. We wanted to create a few pictures around the guitar and I thought they turned out fun! This couple is gorgeous inside & out – don’t you think??  I bragged on Tara last post, so I will on Jonathan this time.  He is in an actor and has been in some of our favorite movies, “A Walk to Remember” & “The Notebook” – pick up a copy and see him in action!

Newborn sessions are filling up – just booked 3 in the last day – remember only a limited number a month, so don’t hesitate to make your appointment. Also, looking forward to seeing how my newborn’s from last year have grown at their One Year Birthday sessions…

{Pherson – 3 days fresh} – Asheville Newborn Photographer

Pherson (pronounced Fear·son) graced the world with her presence 15 days early at 7lb 9oz. She is as sweet and as beautiful as they come and just happens to be one of my dearest friends baby… therefore, I decided to blog more than the normal amount of images from her session. By the way, Tara (Pherson’s mom) is the best of the best when it comes to weddings.. you must check out her website: Weddings with Tara. Pherson got through the first part of her session with no problems but decided to be awake for the rest of the time, so we will be doing part 2 next week. I LOVE that my job lets me get my “newborn fix” – it seems like yesterday that mine were like this. I sure wish there had been a newborn photographer around when my children were born.. I often think if I could go back in time with each of my kids, it would be to when they were about 5 days old so I could capture their first few days. If you are pregnant and thinking of doing one of these sessions, do it! You will not regret it. I will be back with Pherson, Part 2 soon.
