John Daniel has the brightest, bluest eyes I have ever seen on a baby. Truly. He is getting ready to celebrate his one year birthday – Happy Birthday little one! I haven’t seen him since his newborn session last year – couldn’t believe it had been a whole year already & that he is now walking and talking (well, he kept saying, HEY!). When it was time for him to go and I was sure he never wanted to see me again after all the picture taking that he went through – he reached his little chubby arms out to me and just laid his face against mine for a few minutes. These babies sure know how to go out the front door with my heart. Sigh.

Siblings are the best – especially when they are as beautiful & sweet as these 2 sisters. Kayli kept asking “Why are you fixing my hair, Libby?” – she couldn’t understand why I kept straightening her hair – so sweet. Love these girls. Kayli- don’t forget you promised when you see me again that you are going to come give me a hug… k? I know I posted the picture of Kaylie in the hat two times on this post, but couldn’t decide between color & black/white – what do you think? Allyce turned one on the day we took these pictures and we got some FUN “cake smash” pictures-she definitely LOVED it.
